Salt Prints are the first printing process in the history of Photography, originating in in the mid 1830’s by Fox Talbot in England.His procedure used ordinary table salt as one of the “chemicals” because he was a practical man, and used whatever was handy. We will be discussing the procedure and seeing a demonstration by Leif Norman in his studio.
Bring some 4×5 negatives if you have any to print from!
(Medium format black and white negatives can also work)
