This series of photos was taken on three trips to Rwanda (2010-2013) to visit the children from the Kimisagara Orphanage. On her first visit, she brought donations
of shoes to the orphanage and since then, she and a friend have raised over $18,000 for them. This helped upgrade their facilities, build a new dormitory and kitchen, pay school fees, set up a rainwater collection system, buy supplies (mosquito netting, cleaning supplies), a large supply of food, and get library access for the older kids. She also brought donations of digital cameras for the kids.
